Yes, Market$harp can be used in a multi-user environment. You can install the data on your server and install the program on the individual workstations, then multiple users can access the program at the same time.
Although, we suggest "as little hands in the pie" as possible. It is always useful to have at least one main user and a back up person with access to the program.
Yes, training is available at a nominal fee. Training can be done immediately after you purchase the program to "get you off on the right foot" or you can wait until after the purchase to see if HVAC Market$harp is something you feel comfortable implementing without training. Yes! For a fee we can convert just about any existing customer database. Typically, you will send us your data on disk or via email in an ASCII text file format either tab or comma delimited, and we will do the conversion. You will be up and running in a very short time.
